Speedy delivery...product isn't so great, tho.Aug 18, 2011

This is a strip of felt-like fabric, with fringe, like's cut with scissors by a novice, young person, might make as a hobby/craft project...not what anyone I'd know would expect to actually purchase as an item mfg'd by a quality company, to sell. I'll probably use these, but not to make any sort of fashion statement. Functional only. And if you aren't rural, as I am...just pick up a scarf at any dept store, discount or otherwise, and it will probably be a better buy, than these are.
